Shipping 

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days. Please note that shipping and delivery times may vary due to national and public holidays. 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a notification via email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. 

Deliveries are generally made between 9am - 5pm, Mondays to Fridays (unless it's a public holiday). Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders to a PO Box.

    USA

    • FREE Standard shipping on all orders over USD200 and to be delivered in 5-7 business days. 
    • For orders under USD200, customers can select from the following shipping options: 

      • USD15 with Standard shipping (transit time 5-7 business days)
      • USD30 with Express shipping (transit time 2-3 business days) 

    Hong Kong

    • Free shipping on all orders over HKD1,500
    • Delivery fees for orders under HKD1,500
      • Standard delivery charge is HKD50 and will deliver in 3-5 business days 
      • Express delivery charge is HKD100 and will deliver 1-2 days 

    International

    • FREE shipping with FEDEX International Connect Plus on all orders over USD200 and to be delivered in 5-7 business days. 
    • For orders under USD200, a flat shipping fee of USD15 will be charged.

    Duties
    International orders are shipped DDU (Duties Delivered Unpaid), which means the customer is responsible for any taxes, duties and landing costs. An estimate for these charges will be displayed at check-out and must be paid upon your order's arrival. 

    If you refuse delivery, any associated costs will be deducted from your refund. For returns, you are responsible for both the original and return shipping charges, as well as any applicable duties, taxes, and landing costs. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Returns & Exchanges

    We currently do not offer returns but with the exception of an exchange if you’ve experienced one of the below issues with your order: 

    1. You’ve received an incorrect item(s)
    2. There is an issue with the fit of an item(s)
    3. An item(s) you’ve received is defective or damaged

    Please email us at faculty@classtrip.world within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number, the reason for the exchange and photos of the defective or incorrect item(s). 

    Once we receive your email, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. Please ensure that the item(s) is in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

    Once we’ve received and inspected the item(s), we will ship the replacement item(s) to you free of charge. In the event that an exchange is not available, we will offer store credit for the original amount of the item(s) purchased.
